Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2025

1. Service Delivery

E&T Maintenance INC provides consulting services, including Market Research, Business Strategy Consultation, and Business Growth Strategy. Services are delivered remotely via video meetings, email, and phone communication unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment & Processing

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Payments must be completed before service delivery unless a custom agreement is in place.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled consultations at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service has been delivered in part or full, refunds may not be available.

  • Late Cancellations/No Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session or cancel less than 24 hours before, no refund will be issued.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your service, contact us at info@etmaintenance.net within 7 days of your consultation for resolution options.

5. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
